Kxx is a co-founder and lead facilitator for Inclusive Leadership Adventures. This program, sponsored by the Cowichan Intercultural Society, has helped hundreds of youth and adults to be involved in an inter-generational approach to diversity education since 2002. She is one of three facilitators who offer Advanced Inclusive Leadership Training.

 

 

Kxx has presented on activity-based learning at international conferences in Amsterdam and Taipei. She also developed materials and workshops for the international Earth Charter Initiative illustrating the connection between personal development and social responsibility.

 

 

In addition to Beatboard Kxx and her partner Neil Dolan facilitate outdoor leadership and diversity education programs. With a combined 16 years of experience in the field, they offer inter-active and engaging programs that empower participants to explore their full potential. Kxx and Neil live in Nanaimo and specialize in Challenge-By-Choice team-building intitiatives that bring out each person's unique leadership style. Participants leave with a new awareness of what they can do as well as an appreciation for the diverse gifts of their group.
