I have been working in the youth field for approximately 20 years.  During this period, I have seen many facilitators - some good, and some not so good.  But even with the best ones, you always just seem to see and hear what they have to say.  What you all do goes beyond that - you also feel.  This feel component is an essential element as it is  real, empowering and embracing.  It is something that I wish to incorporate into my world of facilitation.  Thanks for adding that new dimension.  Quite frankly, you are all, without question, the "best" facilitators I have ever experienced.
